I grew up around design — my father A. Melito founded Abstract Creative Studio in 2004, building interiors for clients across Tamil Nadu including Maersk and GRT. That eye for craft and purpose stuck. I went on to study Sports Science, compete nationally in archery, launch my own fitness platform, and develop CX dashboards at Biocon. Now I'm in business school, connecting all the dots.
Built a Customer Excellence Scorecard and Power BI dashboard to improve CX metrics tracking. Mapped customer journeys and proposed scalable reporting solutions across cross-functional teams.
Launched and ran a digital fitness platform solo — sales, customer engagement, content, and operations end-to-end. Exited to pursue further studies and professional growth.
Designed athlete training programs for strength, conditioning, and nutrition. Conducted biomechanics and physiological assessments. Assisted PhD research in biomechanics and nutrition science.
Fundraising, skill-building, and pre-school tutoring raising ₹13 lakhs for education programs. Rule compliance volunteer at Triathlon National Trials, April 2023.
